Over the past couple of years a lot of work has been carried out on the branding of the Windsor Leadership Trust. Another stage of this brand development has recently taken place with the decision to rename the programmes.

The two longest running programmes, the Initial Windsor Meeting and the Consultation for Newly Appointed Strategic Leaders will become the Windsor Leadership Programme and the Newly Appointed Strategic Leaders Programme, whilst the most senior consultation, the Strategic Leadership Consultation will remain the same. The two new programmes will be known as the Developing Strategic Leaders Programme and the Experienced Strategic Leaders Programme.
