Jonathan founded and managed event management specialists, Penguins Events, in 1985, organising conferences, training events, award dinners and private events all over Europe. He then managed and developed the award winning venues of Altitude London at Millbank Tower in Westminster. His key management skills encompass operations, sales, and staff development, and highly values team work.

Jonathan joined the Trust at the beginning of 2011 and oversees the programme operations, and the relationship management of clients and supporters of the Trust.
