 Jo Davey Programme Manager After graduating from Bournemouth University with a degree in Communication in 2000, Jo moved to York. She worked for the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, a registered charity and funder of social research for over five years. During this time, she organised a large number of events throughout the UK. Her most rewarding included a large conference in York with the former Prime Minister, Tony Blair as keynote speaker and a six day residential Summer School in Wales. Jo then relocated to Berkshire and worked in London organising large conferences internationally within the renewable energy and coal sector before joining the Trust.
In her current role as Programme Manager, she is responsible for running many of the Trust’s residential leadership programmes as well as organising the Annual Lecture, its largest and most prestigious event. Jo also coordinates the workload of the Office & Events Administrator.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, cycling and reading along with socialising with friends and visiting her family in the South West. Jo has recently married her partner, Stu, and they are both currently busy training their new chocolate Labrador puppy, Bella.
